What: speedskating technique and training
During this trainingcamp I will follow my own teaching/learning strategy, based on fundamental themes of the speedskating technique.
The focus is always on the individual, my most important and unique skill as a coach is, being able to adapt to the personal learning preference of every participant.
Using my extensive collection of trainingexercises, I’m always able to maximize trainingeffect for the individual skater.

07.30 – 09.00 : Ijs training: basis houding, bijhaalbeen rechte eind, balans
11.30 – 12.15 : Droogtraining, imitaties - Tuesday:
07.00 – : Individuele warming-up
07.30 – 09.00 : Ijs training: gewichtsverplaatsing, plaatsing, éééén Hop
11.30 – 12.15 : Droogtraining, cornerbelt - Wednessday:
07.00 – : Individuele warming-up
07.30 – 09.00 : Ijs training: cornerbelt en bochten rijden
11.30 – 12.15 : Droogtraining, loopscholing, korte sprints - Thursday:
